Refund Policy

This starter refund policy sets expectations for subscription billing. Update it before Stripe billing is fully enabled and before paid acquisition begins.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance for the selected billing period. You can cancel future renewal from account billing once subscription management is enabled.

Refund requests

If a charge looks wrong or the product was unavailable in a way that prevented normal use, contact support@refera.link with the account email and billing details.

Trial and development access

Development overrides, free accounts, test subscriptions, and demo access do not create paid billing obligations.
